SHIPPING: It takes us  1-2 business days to process your order. The Sabrina Danielle company utilizes a made to order system. Please allow 5 business days for us to ship your order. 
We process and ship out orders Monday - Friday and are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays. 

*Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping time it takes to receive your order.

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. Sabrina Danielle is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS.
 
RETURNS: Returns are accepted up to 14 days of the delivery date- if the item is in the original condition with the Sabrina Danielle hang tags attached and has no sign of visible wear. All items must be New, Unworn, Unwashed, No Visible signs of wear such as: Makeup, Deodorant Stains, Fragrances, etc. 

Please include our packing slip (invoice). Message us for our shipping address.

*Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Sabrina Danielle does not provide return labels. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.

Any order that was purchased ON SALE and has a Final Sale stamp is non-refundable with no returns or exchanges. No exceptions.

EXCHANGES: We do offer exchanges.
